Custom Pieces

Well, she really liked her custom pieces, and said that I could use the photos to show off, so here is a photo of the pendants I did for my customer.

She wanted some done of her family crests, and if she likes them well enough, she's going to have me make a whole bunch for her for her family members, which is really exciting.

I've also been asked to make some pendants for a giveaway on Chaotic Mommy Reviews, which is a blog with over 1,000 readers! This could be a big step for me in my business, so I'm really excited! These are the pendants I sent her:

She asked for a Twilight one, and then one of my choice, so I opted to send her one that most people would enjoy, and then one of the Cullen family crest.

So, anyway, that's about all the news from here right now. Super excited to see how this goes!

I'm really excited - I've been offered the chance to do my first custom piece for an actual client. She's requested a pendant of her family crest. If she likes it, she's going to order a bunch as gifts for her family! Talk about awesome! This could be really big for me if it works out.

I've made my own custom piece, which is viewable in It's a pendant I've made with a photo of my 2 year old daughter. It took a few tries to get it to come out right, but now that it has, I'm really proud of it! I've gotten several compliments on it, and I've only worn it for one day, so I think that will be a big success as well.

Hannah turned 2!

I haven't been doing nearly as much writing lately, mostly because by the time Hannah goes down for a nap, I just want to relax. Besides, I spend the time catching up on TV shows I've missed, though I'm all caught up right now, which is exciting!

Hannah turned 2 on the 21st, and it was a fun time! We had a birthday party on the 23rd, and she seemed to enjoy the whole thing! She had two of her friends here, and everyone else was family.d

The Saturday before her birthday, we got our family portrait done again. It came out pretty good!
The Monday before her birthday, she got a balloon from her "boyfriend" Brad, who is actually John's sister's boyfriend. Brad works at the car dealership we bought our car at, and he gave Hannah a balloon when we went in to get the car looked at for something. Hannah walked around with it everywhere for three or four days.

The night before her birthday, we made cupcakes, and Hannah's job was to line the pan with the liners. She did a great job, I might add. When she was done, she lifted up the pan and went "Oh! Amazing!"

On the day of her birthday, she came to work with me, and we had a little birthday party for her. She was a big fan of the cupcakes we had made!

I've got a few more pictures to post, but for some reason, Blogger doesn't like me right now, so I'll post them later!
